Session01The platform
Everything a program committee needs
One workspace for submissions, review, decisions, program and attendee communication.
Drag-and-drop form builder
Design your submission form with conditional logic, file uploads and co-author invitations — no code required.
Structured peer review
Auto-assign reviewers, enforce deadlines and let conflict-of-interest detection flag risky pairings before they happen. With an optional author rebuttal round.
Decision workflows
Accept, reject or request revisions with structured author feedback — then collect camera-ready papers, compile a proceedings volume, and mint DOIs.
Program builder
Assemble your schedule as a draft, then publish a public program page where attendees bookmark sessions into a personal agenda — with iCal and PDF export.
Registration & payments
Sell tiered tickets with discount codes and add-ons, collect payment through Stripe with VAT invoices and refunds, and track registrations and revenue in real time.
Passes & check-in
Issue QR badges that live in Apple and Google Wallet, then scan them at the door — with tier- and capacity-gated zones and live arrival analytics.
Virtual & hybrid
Stream sessions live or on-demand to ticket-holders, with a recordings library, an interactive e-poster gallery, live Q&A and polls, and an opt-in attendee directory for networking.
Continuing-education credits
Assign CPD/CME credit-hours to sessions, record attendance by badge scan, and issue certificates automatically.
Sponsors & lead capture
Showcase sponsors by tier on the event page, and give exhibitors a badge scanner to collect leads at their booth and export them to their CRM.
Email & notifications
Templates, campaigns and automatic triggers with delivery tracking — plus an in-app notification inbox for reviewers and authors.
Organizations & teams
Run several events under one organization, with owner, admin and member roles — plus ORCID and institutional single sign-on for your team and attendees.
Session02How it works
Up and running in an afternoon
Three steps from empty page to published program.
- 01
Launch your call for papers
Create your event, build the submission form and open your CFP — authors submit through a public page.
- 02
Review with your committee
Invite reviewers, auto-assign submissions and track every review against its deadline.
- 03
Publish your program
Turn accepted work into sessions, arrange the schedule and share it with your attendees.
Session03Peer review
Double-blind review your committee can trust
Turn on double-blind mode and author identities are hidden from reviewers automatically — no manual redaction. The platform keeps the process fair and on schedule.
- Author identities hidden from reviewers in double-blind mode
- Conflict-of-interest detection flags risky assignments
- Auto-assignment and deadlines keep every round on track
Session04The program
From accepted papers to a schedule attendees can use
Arrange sessions in a draft schedule and publish when it is ready. Attendees get a public program page, an iCal feed for their calendars and a PDF for print.
- Draft privately, publish in one click
- Public program page for your event
- iCal and PDF export included
Session05On the day
Registration, payments, and the front desk

- Tiered tickets with Stripe checkout and a live revenue total
- QR passes in Apple and Google Wallet, scanned at the door
- CPD/CME credits and sponsor lead capture from the same badge

Q&A
Frequently asked questions
Which languages does Congressio support?
The interface is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. Each organizer and participant can pick their own language — it never changes the content of submissions or reviews.
Does Congressio support double-blind review?
Yes. Enable double-blind mode per event and author identities are hidden from reviewers automatically. Conflict-of-interest detection also flags reviewers who are connected to a submission.
Can authors add co-authors to a submission?
Yes. Authors invite co-authors by email; co-authors can view the submission and, when the organizer allows it, edit it together with the submitting author.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Attendee registrations export to CSV, and the published program is available as an iCal feed and as a PDF. Your submission and review data stays accessible from the dashboard at all times.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes 1 active event, 100 submissions and 3 team seats — with the full core workflow: forms, peer review, decisions, program and email.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime from the self-service billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
